Food has an incredible impact on our health, doesn’t it? It keeps our engines running, and it’s the fuel that enables us to move on the road of life.
Now, some of us may be Lamborghinis, some Cinquecentos, some Ford Ranger trucks. And as much as we have a few things in common as vehicles or human beings, we are different in size, energy levels and consumption, our nutritional needs and wants. In one word – we’re bioindividuals. In every sense. What works for us might not work for the other person. Observing and listening to our body, being aware of what it needs, and following the signs it gives us, becomes a proper art. And being an artist in this field gives you health results for life.
As a graduate and an ambassador of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, while working with clients, I focus not only on the food served on the plate and ingested through your mouth (secondary food), but on lifestyle factors that influence health – all of the things that nourish your mind, body, and soul. We call them primary food: relationships, career, exercise, and spirituality.
As your health coach, I’m here to guide you and mentor you towards a positive change and implementing healthy daily habits.

We’re born to move. Our bodies, joints, muscles, ligaments, are designed to lead an active life. Why don’t we always do it, or like it, then?
Many times it can simply be not knowing where to start from, what exactly to do, and how. We can also be afraid of injuries, doing things in a wrong way. Or not knowing what really is good for us, and what ultimately makes us happy in the long run.
Finding that one activity (or more) that makes you feel joy, shine glow not only sweat, will give you results like no other.
But remember. Consistency is the key. And that’s where the role of the coach comes in.
Nothing better than having someone who knows you, keeps you accountable, tracks your progress, corrects your technique, and cheers you on along the way.

They move daily, they make balanced food choices, spend time with their tribe of friends. They belong to a community. They eat slowly, and occasionally have some red wine. And — you guessed — they enjoy every sip of it.
These are all the principles that guide my work with seniors. It’s not about sport performance. It’s about life performance.
